Contraceptive History
Gynaecological History

and check:

BP
Pulse
Height
Weight
BMI
Routine examination of ears

Blood work investigations:

Anaemia
Kidney function
Liver function
Diabetes
Thyroid disorders
Cholesterol levels
Bone profile
Smear Test (if clinically indicated)

Half an hour with the Doctor for a physical examination, discussion, and a written report on any findings.
