Nurse Consultation for History, Family History, Symptoms, Stress etc Assessment of risk factors Examination:
- BMI, BP, Wt, Pulse
- Urinalysis
- ECG with GP Review*
- Full Biochemistry Screen, Liver Function, Glucose, Renal Function
- Full Lipid Screen (HDL/LDL Cholest + Triglycerides)
- Full Blood Count
ESR Results are then reviewed by Clinician, assessed, report written with recommendations for appropriate action.
